Striving to improve, again and again
Since 2004, Léon has set up different training courses based essentially on the absolute fundamentals of our company and service professions, as well as on hygiene, food safety and team improvement.

These actions have enabled us to measure the wide scope of the “Training” mission at Léon and the level of investment needed to be able to pursue and develop our efforts in this area. Quality service, developing skills and conveying knowledge are the stakes we strive to achieve by continuing to move in this direction.

An ambitious training programme
Open to all our teams, whatever their position, the training programme is at the core of our development and Léon has thus decided to devote a major part of its annual budget to it. It is in this aim that we set up in early 2005 the Léon School (Ecole Léon), a true assistance tool which aims at meeting our needs as well as those of our employees in terms of skills development.
