IN A POT
Generous portions of ultra-fresh mussels are cooked in a pot with carefully selected ingredients such as crème fraiche d’Isigny, so you can enjoy a high quality traditional recipe.
A LA PLANCHA
All the flavour of the mussels cooked in olive oil in a large cast iron skillet. All the ingredients cook in their juice (for concentrated taste) to make a perfect union between the mussels and the ingredients added throughout the recipe.
GRATINEE
Another way to taste mussels garnished and au gratin, cooked to order. They make up a dish with a rich taste to delight both adults and children!
EN PAPILLOTE
